How I work

During the consultation, I will ask a lot of questions about you and your little one, right from pregnancy and birth up to what’s going on now. This is to help me build a complete picture of your child, so that I can get to the bottom of what’s going on and give you advice that’s completely tailored to you and your family.

I have an approach for every style of parenting and every type of child, so the consultation is completely collaborative and I want you to go away feeling confident and inspired to take the next steps.

I can help you with any sleep issue you encounter in the first three years of your child’s life. So, if you’re struggling with your child’s sleep, I can’t wait to help you!

An example of the types of things I most regularly cover are below:

  • Setting up good sleep habits for your newborn

  • Creating a plan to help you work through any reflux / colic or tummy issues

  • Building the optimal sleep environment

  • Creating a daily pattern / routine that works for you and your child

  • Teaching your child to self-settle

  • Supporting with a whole range of sleep issues e.g.

    • Short naps

    • Frequent night waking

    • Early waking

    • Dropping night feeds

    • Dropping naps

  • Helping ensure a successful cot to bed transition, and supporting when it’s gone wrong
