Consultation time: 1 hour phone call
Follow up: A sleep plan emailed to you containing:
1. A full summary of everything we discussed (background and recommendations)
2. A routine for your child’s age (if requested)
3. Step by step instructions of your chosen sleep coaching method (if appropriate)
Ongoing support: 1 x email check-in to use within one month of your initial consultation, to ask questions that have come up or check in on progress.
